OUR CLASSES
CPR/AED/1st Aid /Bleeding Control
This class is for the general community person who wishes to learn how to recognize an emergency and react in a calm manner.
We will go over the signs and symptoms of cardiac arrest, how to properly perform CPR on an infant, child, and adult, and practice applying the AED and how to use it.
We will have some fun bandaging each other up in the 1st aid and bleeding control portion of the class. You’ll learn how to apply pressure, use a tourniquet, and do wound packing. This class is for first-timers and anyone needing to renew their skills. All skills are taught by a first responder.
First Aid & Bleeding Control
This class is for those who wish to learn 1st aid and bleeding control.
Learn the signs and symptoms of shock and how to bandage and control bleeding. Learn to apply a tourniquet and do some wound packing. Have some fun as we bandage each other up! All skills are taught by a first responder.
CPR/AED

Kids 2.0
Kids 2.0 is a 2-hour class for kids ages 8-12.
Kids will be taught the basics of CPR, how to use the AED, learn 1st aid and bleeding control. It is important to plant this “seed of knowledge: in our kids. Any action is better than no action when it comes to recognizing an emergency and saving a life. Parents will need to sign kids in and out. Kids will need to be able to display appropriate behavior during class. All skills are taught by a first responder.
Infant & Child CPR/AED/first aid.
This 90-minute class is great for parents, parents-to-be, grandparents, or anyone caring for infants and young children.
We will focus on CPR/AED and relief of choking for infants and children. A portion of the class will be online and we will concentrate on skills during the in-person session.
