CPR-LIFE CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY FOR COMMUNITY CPR CLASSES
If you need to reschedule your class, you may do so one time. WE REQUIRE AT LEAST 48 HOURS NOTICE FOR A CANCELLATION. THE CANCELLATION MUST BE IN WRITING VIA EMAIL TO: michele.cprlife@gmail.com or text to: 925-337-1833. Please make sure we have replied to your message for confirmation of the cancellation. For a refund you must cancel with more than 72 hours notice.
CPR-LIFE CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY FOR BUSINESS AND PRIVATE CPR CLASSES
If you need to reschedule your class, you may do so one time. Rescheduling a 2nd time will incur charges of the total cost of the class per each student. WE REQUIRE AT LEAST 48 HOURS NOTICE FOR THE RESCHEDULE. THE RESCHEDULE MUST BE IN WRITING VIA EMAIL TO: michele.cprlife@gmail.com or text to: 925-337-1833. Please make sure we have replied to your message for confirmation of the RESCHEDULE. A cancellation for a full refund must be requested in writing at least 10 days prior to the scheduled class. Any cancellations LESS than the 10 days will forfeit the total amount paid for the class per each student.
CPR-LIFE has the right to cancel classes due to inclement weather. You will be notified the evening before, and every effort will be made to reschedule the class promptly. This applies to community, business and private classes.
